Head Chef - Alexander Kasburg
Over the course of the past twenty years, you may have met Alex in the best Michelin Star Restaurants in Europe. During his two decade long voyage through haute cuisine he has worked with the most respected Three Star Michelin Chefs: Christian Lohse, Norbert Schu, Feran Adrià, Kolja Kleeberg, Juan Amador, Dieter Müller, Harald Wohlfart.
For the last ten years he has also been an acting Consultant/Head chef for Bugatti, Oscars Hollywood, VW, Audi, Maybach, Toyota, Porsche, Adidas, Olympia, IBM, Gaggenau and SPV.
Second Chef - Alexander Gabler
Alex began working in the culinary industry in 1999, graduating from his course for Master Chefs. He has worked as a consultant in planning the kitchens for the Lufthansa training and conference center which is the only employee training center like it. He has worked as the head chef In Peking China Olympics and Para Olympics. He was the head chef in Detroit and Los Angeles at the Auto show for Volkswagen. He was also the head chef for LPS Event catering for events of up to 25,000 people.
Third Chef - Alexander Falke
Born and raised in Hannover, Germany, Alexander knew by the age of 14 that he wanted to become a chef. He started as an apprentice at the Michelin star restaurant Die Insel in Hannover and has been creating wonderful food ever since. He loves to travel and decided to combine both passions and so went to work at a restaurant in Ibiza for 4 years. Alexander loves the sea and was introduced to the yachting industry through friends. His interests are cooking, sailing and meeting new people. In the future Alexander's dream is to open and run his own small high-class restaurant.
